Michelle treats her clients with detailed care that blends her extensive expertise and experience. She educates, guides and helps you select the perfect treatment. After working as a regional trainer in a nationwide medical spa, Michelle has brought her natural leadership to New Image. Michelle accepts only the best for her clients and is the embodiment of a high standard of care that has distinguished New Image as a local industry leader.
With nearly ten plus years of experience in aesthetics, Cindy specializes in Cosmetic Laser Technology. A graduate of the Euphoria Institute of Beauty, Arts and Sciences, she joined our team in 2014 and has since acquired over 200 hours in multiple laser techniques under the direct instruction of Dr. Mall. Cindy specializes in advanced laser techniques and treatments including: Femtouch vaginal rejuvenation, tattoo removal, skin tightening, sun and age spot reduction, Laser Genesis, hair removal, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, exfoliating, oxygen and photo facials. Her bilingual skill has greatly benefited New Image in providing education and treatment for our Spanish-speaking clients. Her positive energy, charisma and exquisite eye for beauty are a perfect match to the New Image standard of personal care.
For over 10 years, Brenda has worked in the Skin Care field with some of the most recognized skin care lines. She graduated from G Skin & Beauty Institute in 2006 as an Aesthetician specializing in Medical Aesthetics. As New Image team member since 2007, she has become a master in laser resurfacing, photofacials, Laser Genesis, hair removal and more. Brenda is also a trainer for our new Aestheticians at New Image. Driven to stay ahead of the curve on the latest laser treatment techniques and skin care regimens, her technical experience and comfortable touch lets every client know they’re in good hands. Brenda’s signature saying is: “A skin without treatment is like a body without a soul.”
With the delicate combination of laser treatments and appropriate skin care, Brenda believes it’s possible to feel and look 10 years younger. Her advanced knowledge helps clients achieve beautiful, younger looking skin at any age.
Front Office Manager
Passionate about both New Image and MSM Primary Concierge practices, Hannah has grown from the role of receptionist to front office manager. She provides services and a wealth of knowledge to both practices and is admired by the team and patients. Hannah went to UNLV, was a member of Delta Zeta sorority and studied Hospitality/Marketing. She enjoys self growth which allows her to continue practice growth through patient engagement and making everyone feel confident within their own skin when they come into our office.
Director of Operations & MSM Concierge Membership
Candice joined New Image Image Laser Skin Center over four years ago as the front office coordinator. Since that time she has been an integral part of the practice growth, supporting both New Image & MSM Concierge Members Services, custodian of medical records, supply chain management. In 2016 Candice was promoted from the front office coordinator to office manager. In addition to the many hats worn by Candice at both practices, she is an aspiring law student, enjoys classical music and spending time with her family. She also leads a very active lifestyle, goes to the gym every day, and enjoys cooking and baking.
Vice President of Operations & Business Development
Gaye serves the concierge and New Image team members in the areas of people & business development and marketing communications. She is a primary source of information on standard operations procedures, protocol and reputation management.
Stephens has a Master of Business Administration, a Master Certification in Human Resources and 15 plus years of management experience. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading and wine tastings. Much of who she is today is because of her dearest friend and mentor her mother. Gaye’s vision is a team of synergistic behaviors that generates trust, strong KPIs surpassing client and patient expectations.
